Due to heavy volume and current COVID-19 precautions, we are experiencing longer than normal order processing time. We apologize for any delay this may cause in the delivery of your order.

Processing & Shipping Time

We make every effort to process all orders within 3 to 5 business days after ordering. And the shipping time will be 7 to 15 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Local delivery times in different countries will vary depending on the service level of your local carrier. Please allow additional time for delivery.


Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$22. A shipping fee of US$9.98 is charged on orders under US$22.

Customs duty policy: Buyers are responsible for the charges of customs duties.(The amount of customs duties depends on the Fee Standards of different countries and regions.)

Ordering Questions

1. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    Should you have any additional questions about your order please email us atIf you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    2. The tracking info says "scheduled pending", what does this mean?

    Scheduled Pending delivery could simply imply that your package is at the station and is awaiting its turn to get scanned into a vehicle and then dispatched. If it doesn’t show any movement for more than a few days, please call the carrier for the status of your shipment.


    3. I have entered an incorrect address!

    If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at as soon as possible so we can help in a timely manner.


    4. Can I ship to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address?

    Yes. Please enter either an APO or FPO in the "City" field. All APO/ FPO orders will be shipped at our Value Shipping speed. Unfortunately, we can't offer Expedited Shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that delivery dates for APO/FPO and P.O. Boxes are not guaranteed.
