Return & Refund Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
1. Solutions of receiving products with Defect/Damage & Wrong Products
- Without affecting the use, we can refund 10-20% of the product defect level, and give a 20% coupon for the next purchase as an apology.
- If you need a full refund or exchange, we can arrange a full refund or re-delivery.
Note: We are not responsible for man-made damage.
2. Shipping Cost Declaration
- If the products are defective, damaged or received the wrong products, we are responsible for the returning shipping cost and will provide the return label.
- If the return is for customers' personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost.
3. Non-returnable & Non-exchangeable Items
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Return and Refund
- Our customer service will process your request within 3 business days. Please wait with patience.
- If your return request is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send the package. After sending the package out, please kindly inform us of the tracking number.
- When we receive the goods, we will check the products and check the relevant information within 3 business days.
- Once the check is passed, the refund will be automatically issued through the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take 5-7 business days to process and mail the refund.
