When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

    Should you have any additional questions about your order please email us atIf you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@melesul.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Your order will be arriving in 7-15 business days if you selected standard shipping.

    Please allow more time if your order is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.


    Scheduled Pending delivery could simply imply that your package is at the station and is awaiting its turn to get scanned into a vehicle and then dispatched. If it doesn’t show any movement for more than a few days, please call the carrier for the status of your shipment.

    If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at service@melesul.com as soon as possible so we can help in a timely manner.

    Once we receive your order, we will send you an email or a text confirmation depending on which one you selected at checkout.

    Bringing you 100% of happiness is our mon! After receiving your product, you have 30 days to return if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

    Please email us at service@melesul.com with your order number and the reason why you are returning so our friendly Melesul Crew can assist you. Please note that we do not offer gift exchanges at this moment.  

    Once we receive the return package, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price. The refund will be sent to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please note that we do not provide return labels but we will refund your initial shipping cost! Please keep any emails or text you receive regarding your order as they may contain important information. 

    To qualify for return, merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, and all returnable products will be refunded for the full purchase price. 

    Note that seasonal merchandise (e.g. Christmas, Easter, and Halloween items, including costumes) may be returned up to 7 days prior to the holiday, in original condition, and with a store receipt or order confirmation email. If a return is made within that 7-day period, you will be refunded in store credit*.

    As soon as possible! Once you get a refund notification, you should be receiving your refund back to your initial payment method within 5-7 business days.

    If you don’t see it within 14 business days, please contact your bank to see if it’s still processing. If not, please reach out to our Melesul Crew so we can investigate the case for you!

    If the item you wish to return is inoperable but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective.

    Please text us at email us at service@melesul.com with your order number and a photo of the broken product so we can send you a brand new replacement or refund you depending on your preference.

    We wish we could replace all missing pieces for your product but unfortunately for most of the products, we do not have stock on all parts and pieces.

    If you’re missing a piece or received an incomplete item, please email us at service@melesul.com with your Order Number and a photo of the product you’ve received. Our friendly Melesul Crew will be happy to help! Please make sure to keep the product with you so that we could provide you all the options we have.

    We do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us at service@melesul.com at your earliest convenience.

    If we couldn’t cancel or adjust your order in time, please return the delivery to the sender and let us know via email so we can assist you!

    We accept Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Mastercard! We also have express checkout with Shop Pay, Paypal & Google Pay!
